A Word From the Executive Director

Heart of Gratitude

We have much to be thankful for at Rockford Rescue Mission. With the help of many caring people, our ministry is able to share hope with thousands of people each year. It is with a heart of gratitude I and eighty other staff serve here daily to help the homeless, hungry and hurting find a new way of life.

We are grateful for all the financial gifts and gifts-in-kind from concerned individuals, businesses, churches and organizations. We are also grateful for the tens of thousands of volunteer hours given by thousands of individuals and groups to help lighten the load of our staff. We are grateful for all those who uphold this ministry in prayer. Finally, we are most grateful for changed lives.

I trust that you are as thankful for Rockford Rescue Mission as I am and will continue to support all that we do as we share help and hope in Jesus' name to move people from homelessness and despair toward personal and spiritual wholeness.
