Country music star Mo Pitney and his family embarked on a cross-country RV tour to promote his forthcoming album, On the Outskirts of Town. Mo is the grandson of Rockford Rescue Mission pioneers G.O. and Nadine Pitney, and the nephew of Mission CEO Sherry Pitney. So of course, the family stopped in Rockford and Cherry Valley, where Mo grew up.
