Meet Our Leadership

Welcome to Rockford Rescue Mission

Leadership Update from the Board

Earlier this year, we shared that CEO Sherry Pitney would be transitioning into an emerita role. While that change has not yet taken place, the Board is diligently and prayerfully searching for the right leader to carry forward the Mission’s values and vision.

In the meantime, Sherry has graciously continued to lead with faithfulness and care, ensuring that our work of feeding, sheltering, and serving those in need continues without pause.

We are grateful for your ongoing support and prayers as we walk through this important transition together.

With gratitude,
The Board of Directors
Rockford Rescue Mission
