While Rockford Rescue Mission staff take care of others in our community, RRM works to take care of our staff members so they can best carry out their roles and missions.
- All full-time employees at Rockford Rescue Mission are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package – including medical, dental, and vision insurance; long-term and short-term disability insurance; life insurance; employer contributions to a 403(b) retirement plan; and paid sick, vacation, and holiday time off.
- Part-time staff members are also eligible for paid vacation hours and employer contributions to their 403(b) as part of their employment benefits at Rockford Rescue Mission.
